Reason: sax parse error: Content is not allowed in prolog
Hi All,
When trying to map JASON Response for a Connect REST rule i am getting the below error. Kindly help me to resolve the same.
Invalid clipboard stream detected in module com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.XMLStream.newStream(String, StorageStream). Reason: sax parse error: Content is not allowed in prolog.
We are using Pega 7.1.7 version.

The " sax parse error: Content is not allowed in prolog" is a very generic exception. Can you please attach the complete stack trace of the issue.
