Hi,

I am calling Pega OOTB activity "pzCreateCaseInternal" from my service activity to create case in pega.

It used to work and was creating case successfully but however all of a sudden whenever I am executing my existing service API - Case creation is failing.

Tracer showing that at the very first step of the activity - "

Invalid clipboard stream detected in module (unspecified).  Reason: (unspecified) "

Can anyone help me why all of a sudden it started failing? what causing this "Invalid Clipboard....." issue even though it was working and no change has been made.

Please help

Any errors in PegaRULES.log? Which version of Pega are you using?
