The reference ClipboardPage is not valid. Reason: FUAInstance-NullMyStepPage

Getting this error at the time of wrap up. Please provide the possible solution. Thanks!

Hi Pothuraj,

Thanks for posting on PSC.

Agreeing with my colleague Arun, there could be multiple reasons. So, please share tracer capturing the event leading to the reported issue.

Though, the most prominent reason would be,

If there is no explicit step page, PRPC will automatically consider row page as step page. So suggested that remove Param.PageList from the step page name in the activity which is troublesome.

Hope it helps you in rectifying the configuration at your end, kindly notify if it does.

There would be multiple reason for this issue .

What you meant by wrap up here .

Please provide the complete stacktrace of the issue .

Hi, 

I'm getting the following error for broken queue items which are present in "System-Queue-ServiceLevel" class -

The reference .pyNote=="Recalcitrant" is not valid.  Reason: FUAInstance-NullMyStepPage
