Display the resolved case
Dear All,
We have a requirement from one of the clients, the user can search the resolved cases - Completed and display the request and form details,
the search is done, but we have an issue. if the case is resolved it still display the assignments but the start button is not appearing. if we make it visible always it display an error if the case is resolved,
Any help to display the form for resolved cases?

We don't need to reopen the case, we are looking to view the case details, data and attachments. we need to view it the same like it's opened from the previous assigned user.

You have the "View All" toggle enabled. Hence you see Completed assignments as well. Can you default the toggle to "false" for resolved cases so that the completed assignments are hidden?

Looking at the screenshot, you should be having a review screen below those assignments.
If not, you can customize the Review harness to show relevant details.

You can also customize pyCaseMainInner section. Include a review section in pyCaseMainInner and give a visible condition (visible when resolved).
