How to Display Resolved case with all data(if active case had 10 UI section - resolve should have all of them) with read only.

we have following business requirement, when case is resolved.

1) Case Searchable ( this is OOTB)

2) Resolved Case should have same view as when it is active (UI & Data perspective) with read only, no active assignment. 

     when user search should display read only,all 10 UI Sections( Tab, collapsible)

 

can this achievable ? they do not want reports any other mechanism.
