Local action from Resolved case
We have a requirement where our users would like to be able to bring up a resolved case and perform an action that creates a new case with certain properties copied from the resolved case. I'm having trouble running local actions from a resolved case because they're in a review harness. I can get it to work if I set the local action to a modal dialog but then I'm having trouble getting the new case to display automatically.
Is there an easy way to do this?

Hello,
Do you really need a FlowAction for this? I think you should just be adding a button on the "Review" harness.
The button will just launching a new case creation with a flag to copy existing data from resolved case.

I was hoping to leverage the back-to-back processing of the local action to take them to the new case. I've tried the button route too but still can't get the case thew new case to open. If I do an action set with an activity or local action to create the case as the first action and then use "Open Work by Handle" as the second action it seems like it's trying to get the handle for the second step before the first step is completed.

Hi,
When a case is resolved, it does not have any active flows to execute the flow/local action.
The modal dialog to display the local action should work. Try capturing the pzInskey of the new work object that gets created and use OpenWorkByHandle Ui event to launch it.
