In NBA Designer under the Constraints Tab < Contact Policies we have a predefined drop down list with different statues ( Accepts, Bounced, Clicks, etc). 

I need to expand this list to include " Delivered". Could anyone point me which updated needs to do in NBA Strategy Framework in order to update this. 

I have found some information on Pega materials but that covers how to add more tracking times rather than actual statues.
