NBA Designer - Contact Policies do not suppress the actions

We are using the NBA designer with below contact policy configured on group level. But even after accepting the actions in the group, the actions are not getting suppressed and still showing all actions from the group.

 

Do not show if accepted any: Track Accepts for all actions in the group over the past 7 days

If there are 1 Accepts for Web treatments, suppress all actions in the group for 7 days

 

We are on pega 8.6
