Contact Policy is not available.
Hi,
Can anyone tell me why there is no Contact Policy, Segment and Geo Inference Shape under Arbitration in Pega Marketing .
But in PDN every lesson or Question related to contact policy guides me to use contact Policy shape where as there is no shape available in my Application.
Is this an Installation error or is it deprecated ?
Its Kinda Urgent.

Hi Sarath,
If your application is built on Pega Marketing, then you should be able to see Contact Policy, Segment and Geo Inference Shape under Arbitration.
I suspect it to be either installation / configuration related error.
What version of Pega Marketing is in use?

Here's the link to the all the product documentation of version 7.21: https://collaborate.pega.com/question/pega-marketing-721. The implementation guide explains how to build an application on top of Pega Marketing FW.
If the application is installed and extended properly, you should see Contact Policy. It sounds like your app stack is not setup the right way.
You can also look how a Pega Marketing course exercise application is built as a clue for setting up the application, for example check out Pega Marketing Consultant (7.21).
By the way, the Pega Marketing FW layer is called PegaMarketing_FW, please verify what are PegaMarketingFS or PegaMarketingFS_FW. They are not shipped with standard Pega Marketing product.

As i have changed my application to PegaMarketingFS_FW i am getting contact policy . ie if i work directly on Framework i can accesss it but when i build another application on top it (Implementation) i am unable .
So i think it might be our implementation error. Please correct me.
