We have upgraded Pega 6.2 version to Pega 7.3.1

We are getting exception when click on refresh button in confirm harness. We have case like user submits data in screen and wait for background process(Agent) completes. Until order get updates, user click on refresh screen to see the new updates.

Once the agent resume case, User clicked the refresh button. screen showing the exception as "This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction."

Please suggest any solution for this.
