Refresh called from within screen flow does not work
Issue:
Pega 8.3.1
Theme Cosmos
Harness: UserPortal -> Review -> TabbedScreenFlow7
A section in the screen flow has a button with an actionset on click, refresh harness.
When clicked, in the tracer tool, a refresh is being performed. However, onscreen nothing happens.
Note: the standard OOTB refresh option via the "actions" menu is re-opening the work object, instead of the expected harness refresh.

The screen flow in Cosmos is OOTB called and presented in an AJAX container.
Change this to dynamic or default.

It seems the issue is only present in actions sets which reside in sections presented in the screen flow.
The issue is present in Theme Cosmos, the issue is not present in UIKit.

I don't know why Cosmos would not be consistent with this behavior. If you do not get a concrete answer, then perhaps an SR is warranted to review further.
