Refresh other section does not work

Pega 7.3

 

Refresh other section does not work for pyRelatedWork after we add a case association via pxGetAssociatedCase.

 

Refreshing the browser does not work but re-Open work by handle does.  Also, closing the tab re-opening the case shows the related case.  Tried various other ReloadHarness and ReloadSection OOTB activities.

Is the other section you are refreshing also on the DOM ? Refresh only happens if the section is on the DOM.

You can also check network traces to verify if the request was sent out.
