Refresh Other Section is not working in Pega 7.3
I am trying to refresh SUBSCRIPTION AND ELIGIBILITY section when the CTN changes but it’s not refreshing. The section is in the PegaCA-Work-Interaction class.
On the press of Swap Account button a list of all CTN’s are displayed and user choose a different CTN as in the second screen. It is in the Select button of the second scree where the refresh is invoked. Please find the screen shot attached. Many thanks for your help.

Can you also attach a network trace just to check if a refresh request is going to the server or not. Alternatively, to troubleshoot, you can try by keeping just a refresh other section action and mention the data transform that you are running as the second action in the list, as a pre-data transform of the refresh other section action.
