How to control refresh other section
Hi ,
I have a requirement to refresh a section conditionally. But Refresh other section with When rule is not working.
It is working only when I use properties of Section's class. Please let me know the RCA and how I can resolve this.

Can you try writing an activity and calling a "Call ReloadSection" with a when condition and check if this solves the issue.

Hi, The video describes how the when condition operates with regards to "Refresh" condition. The observation you made is the correct behavior. The property associated with the current section is considered to satisfy the when condition. If you have an activity before the "Refresh-Other section" and set a property according to your requirement on the current section's class and using that property in the when condition of "Refresh-Other section" should do it.

Immediately after activity run, i have configured reload section with when expression. after running the activity, it is not validating when rule. it is directly refreshing the other section and focus is gone.

The refresh section with when condition in the action set works as expected only if you use properties on the primary page.
