Refresh Other section and manually calling reloadSection causing an exception

 
Our application is in Pega 8.2.1.

I am seeing the below error while trying to use reloadSection activity call from Work class referencing section rule to refresh a section in Data-Portal class.

 Missing stream key property pyOwner 
com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.InvalidParameterException: Missing stream key property pyOwner
