Rotuing in screen Flow
Hi,
I have 5 screens in a screen flow, work object will save on the last step.
In the 2nd and 3rd screen, I want to route the work object to different operators, how to achieve it?

I don't see the OOTB option available for routing the screens in the ScreenFlow. We can mention the routing information only on the start shape of the screen flow.
Could you please try another screen flow with 2nd and 3rd steps and include it as sub-process in the main flow.

As you mentioned you have 5 screens in a screen flow, work object will save on the last step. Now if the work object is not saved in 2nd and 3rd step, how do you want it to be routed? If it won't be saved, how another user would see the current state of the case?

Screen flow is meant to be completed by a single user. If you want to perform by different users, you need to split the flow and create different screen flows and assign them accordingly.

For ex, lets say there are 6 steps in the screen flow,
1. first 2 steps would be in screenflow1. So once user executes this 2 steps case will be saved as screenflow1 ends.
2. Step 3 & 4 in screenflow 2, and this can be routed to any other user. So once user executes this 2 steps case will be saved as screenflow2 ends.
3. Similary 5 & 6 in screenflow 3
