Hi Vimaladevi,
if you create a screen flow, you can see which shapes are available (it's a limited set). The goal of the screen flow is to divide 1 task for a user that has to capture many fields over multiple screens. As such, the assumption is that it's finished by 1 user. I had an SR open for this but the ultimate response was that this is intended behavior... An alternative is create multiple assignment and configure the flow actions in the post-processing also to look for assignments in a workbasket.

No.
Why not? A screen flow can be used anywhere.
Keep in mind that a screen flow is assigned to a worklist and can not be assigned to a workbasket.

- screen flow can be configured in a sub-flow shape of a standard flow which is defined as a starter flow...
- but a screen flow itself cannot be configured as a starter flow.
- screen flow is meant to be worked by single operator and so cannot be assigned to a workbasket. (work-a-rounds are discussed on PDN)
I'm interpreting the original question as: can this be the first screen a user will see? Indeed, the screen flow can not be the start flow.

Can we use integrator shape in screen flow? Is it possible to create the work object from screen flow. Why can't we assign a screen flow to work basket?

Hi,
I understand that Screen flows are meant for data gathering forms. If the goal of the screen flow is to divide 1 task for a user that has to capture many fields over multiple screens, then it can be achieved even by having multiple tabs in a single section of any flow action, isn't it? Then when exactly we have to for screen flows
