Case search not working properly
Hi,
Whenever I search case in the search it is not giving proper results.
For example: If I search for case ABC-123 which is created on Aug 29,2016. It is coming in search results. But If I search for cse ABC-124 which is created on Sep 1,2016 itt is not showing in results.
When I traced the issue pzSearchWork is getting called and pySearchResults page is coming with pxResultcount 0 for scenario-2.
Kindly assist on this issue. Thanks in advance!

We are using Pega 7.1.8. We didn't find any error in logs but when I checked the index file (DesignerStudio > System > Settings > Search (Check)) it was showing error "Work index file unavailable or corrupted".
So we decided to re-index and check once. After re-indexing search was working fine.

- Which version of Pega platform is this?
- Do we have the log files from September 1 to see if there were any indexing errors reported?

Added with what Nistr had asked, i would also like to know whether you are able to search the cases created on 2nd Sep and after that ?
Also, can you check last time when your work indexing got completed ?

Wonderful. Looks like the problem is solved. If this happens in future, it would be great to have the logs from the node when this work object changed but did not get indexed. You might also want to check the table pr_sys_queue_ftsindex to see if an entry was left over for this change and did not get processed to update the index.
