Search with any content in the case not working .(Elastic search )

All content search is not working when we are searching for a data in the case (example : name , city)from the search banner of Dev Studio.

All the work classes are re indexed , still did not work .

what else needs to be checked for elastic search to work ?

WE are pega 8.7.1 cloud , and below are the DSS values in Pega-Search engine ruleset

Add the properties in custom search properties Sysadmin-> Custom search properties rule for a given class and re-index the data to search for results.
