Can delegate Queue Processor Rule
Hi All,
When I try to Delegate Queue Processor rule I don't see Delegate option in Actions dropdown, but I see for SLA.
Can we Delegate Queue Processors or not ?
Anyone help me on this query.

Instead of delegation, you can save the QP to the production ruleset which is unlocked. With the help of production support team, this can be modified according to the business needs. If the QP rule can be edited by only specific people, you can have some privilige in that respective access group.
