Can we have custom queue tables for Dedicated Queue processor?

For standard agents, we can have custom class & table extended from pr_sys_queues.

Can we have such extension class & tables for queue processor?

I see below issues with such extension.

1) ready to process items are not stored in a table

2) not able to store the queued items to a seperate table even if the class is extended.

Let us know if we can have custom tables for queue processor for both delayed queued items & broken items,

Hi,

I don't think we have anything as such, as once any item fails we change the status that's all.

If you want you could probably create a table and copy the data, but again what is the objective here?

Since broken items moves to that state for a reason, once that reason it fixed you can always re-queue.
