Queue processor not picking up the activity Pega 8.7

Hi,

I'm using Pega8.7 and I'm calling a queue processor from an activity. I'm using a dedicated queue processor but the queue processor is not picking up the queue activity. We have the application is System Runtime Context. 

Also, when I'm trying to trace the queue from Admin studio, it's showing no queue to trace though reasy to process and processed in last hour is incremental.

Any help will be appreciated.

@DEBASMITA Were you able to resolve this issue? I am also facing similar issue where QP activity is not getting processed (tried printing logs which is also not happening )and number of items processed in last hour is increasing.
