Assign_mismatch errors happening when case is transferred from workbasket to worklist

Hi

I am looking into a production issue where we are receiving assign_mismatch exceptions when we transfer case from workbasket to worklist. I tried to replicate the scenarios but I am unable to replicate the exception scenario. I am trying to understand when and why assign_mismatch exceptions occurs. It would be helpful if someone gives a general idea of this exception occurs. I have attached the stack trace
