Hi Team,

We are getting Assign:Mismatch Error while working on Parallel flow for same Case by two different user.  This issue is happening intermittently ,out of 10 times 3-4 times it is reproducible.

Scenario:

1. Two different user has  opened  their respective assignment and kept it open.
2. One user has submitted the assignment , while the second operator still working on the other assignment
3. When second user try to submit the assignment, it gives below warning message, and when user click on Refresh button. It refresh the Case and show the review harness
4. When  the second user again try to begin the Assignment, it gives the below Error “ You are not authorised to access this case, Please contact your manager”

Its not updating the pxFlow in clipboard ,In pxFlow it is still pxAssignClass->Assign-WorkBasket.

Can anyone please provide any solution for this.
