Error Flow Assignments, Broken assignments

Hi All,

 

We are facing a weird issues in our application about Assignments.

 

Issue 1:

After successful submission of assignment, UI showing the assignment is completed also the history as well, but the assignment is not deleting from the WL/WB table.

     

Issue 2:

After Submission of Current assignment, Current Assignment is not deleting from the table and Next assignment is not creating in the system. But the case status is setting as "Next assignment" status.

 

We checked logs and history and didn't found any clue, Unable to reproduce these scenarios. Also this is happening only for 20% of the cases. 

Could you please help with your ideas on this.

Hello,

check whether Delete rules access role object (ARO) was set for the application class or not.

If not please set it 5 for the application class.

Hi Rakshith,

Thank you for the Reply.

ARO is set to 5 for the work class  in all the instances.

We are experiencing the same issue in Non-Prod environments as well and only for 20% to 30% cases, remaining cases are successfully executing.
