External Assignment - error: could not be found in this flow
Hello,
When using an External Assignemnet I am getting the below error:
The task with label {label name of the external assignment} and id {id of the external assignment}could not be found in this flow.
Any ideas about the above?

Is it possible the assignment has already been processed?
One can view pending external assingments from within the developer studio.
Designer Studios Button-> Process and Rules -> Work Admin- >External Assignments

Hi Mariane,
I haven't used External Assignments recently, however I recall seeing similar errors in the following scenarios:
1. The one time use link sent out for the external assignment has already been used (such as in scenarios where its sent to multiple recipients, or the recipient clicks the link more than once).
2. The assignment has already been completed by a non-external actioner by the time the one time use link is used.
Is it possible you're encountering one of these scenarios?
