The task with label 'Assignment***' and id '***** ******' could not be found in this flow.
Getting below error while opening a screenflow assignment . The screen flow has 5 or 6 screens and the error comes randomly when the user closes the case in between and tries to open it again. There is no flow change or assignment change after the case has been created.
Please suggest any possible root cause as we are not getting any clue from tracer or logs.

Did you try tracing the usecase?
Please send us the tracer while performing the usecase and also let us know the pega version.

Pega version 7.3.1 . I found that the error message is available on the assignment instance (While opening the instance from Assign-Worklist , pyErrorMessage property has the message), the same message is coming when I try to open the assignment . I will try to reproduce the scenario and provide the tracer details.

Well yes, closing a screen flow in mid work is unusual I would say. Tracing might be difficult if it is sporadic.
What's your logs saying?

Not getting any thing in pega rules log , just getting some alerts in alert logs but it has nothing to do with the issue.

Can you verify the WorkObject when the user is having said issue. Is the WorkObject correct? How about the assignments, can you see the correct ones on the clipboard?
