Agent Stops after Getting some error
Our System has got a problem in test,acceptance and Prod. We do have Agents configured on the Nodes and they stops on its own after receiving and Error .
In my opinion an Agent stops whenever there is a DB Connection Failure or a Network Connection Failure.
So in our case We checked with Db and it never stoped. Now so the Other thing which is left around is the Network Connection.
We traced it out in Log and Saw the Error Codes like
1. DSRA9110E connection closed
2. DSRA0010E com.ibm.websphere.ce.cm.StaleConnectionException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection DSRA0010E: SQL State = 08006, Error Code = 17,002
So We searched in PDN and got some facts that it is due to Websphere Config and Stuffs (https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/code-systempulse-dsra9110e-connection-closed)
But Do anyone has the exact Idea why the Agent is failing or the Connection is getting lost everytime (Yes that can be the Network Issue and we may need to tweek the Websphere app server). But any other possible issue you guys faced ??
