We have noticed that every time we restart Tomcat, certain enabled agents in SMA which are project specific get stopped on their own. Is there a way we can make sure the agents remain in the same state as they were before restart? Does this require a change at the platform end or the client end?
No Pawan. We had a doubt that this is some config change that needs to be done by the project teams and not by the platform engineers. Please correct me if i am wrong? The advanced agents and listeners go down.
Also, what can be the reasons of this behavior?
