Is there a way to force agent restart in SMA
We recently have experienced issues in which some cases got stuck in the Agents queue, one of the ways we fixed the issue is by deleting entries in pr_sys_queues table, but now I noticed agent in SMA is stuck, and it appears to keep running indefinitely ('Running Now' column appears checked). I have tried to stop it or restart it with no luck...
Is there a way to force stop/restart of the agent in SMA?
P.S. we have a multi-node environment, and agent appears stuck in all of the nodes :/
