Server restart, turns the Agents off
Hi
Sometimes when the server is restarted, the Agents for Scheduled Tasks, and other Application Agents are turned off. Is this a general behavior and should it be manually checked each time there is a server restart? Please clarify as we see different agents turned on in different environment and there is currently no check on this.

We did not any errors. The restart happened a while back and the Agents that was turned off was not noticed. But now we checked the agents and it is working fine. But will try to track when the server is restarted again, if the same issue occurs or not.

Hi Nalin,
This is not the general behavior, once pega is restarted or started Master agent starts up and starts all the enable agent.
For the agents that are not started please check if they are enabled in designer studio.
Also check if you see error corresponding to them during startup.
