Node ID changed after restart, how to avoid changing?

Node Id changed after application server restart. Currently there are morethan 10 node ids available.

Can anyone please let us know when the node id will be created after restart ? As there is a node based startup for listenters, all listners are not working, How can we avoid this node updations ?
