Agent Stop abrubtly

Hi,

We have the issue mentioned in the link below. Some of our agents stop abruptly.  It is suggested to install three hotfixes. But they are not compatible with Pega 7.1.7 the version we use. When I try to ask any of this hotfixes, it warns that hotfixes don't compitable with 7.1.7.

Can you give the hotfix name that compitable with Pega 7.1.7.

Hello, 

The mentioned article is from Pega 6.1sp2. Those hotfixes will never work on Pega 7.1.7

Do you have any information from your logs about this behaviour? Can you trace the agent after a restart maybe?
