AES sents emails twice
Hi All,
We are running AES version 7.1.3 and are getting al of the alert emails (by ex: AES alert "Memory Pool Collection" observed by) twice sent to our mailbox.
I've checked the manage subscriptions TAB in the manager portal from AES but there is really just one entry.
After that, i've checked the agents I think this stuff in, PEGA-Eventprocessing.
That appears to be running with 4 agent schedules on 2 nodes.
Might that be the reason and do I need to stop one of the agents schedules on each node?

Hi All,
This Application Version (AES 07.13) is AES 7.1.7. We could do a better job in making the AES Product version visible along with the application version.

This article states that the PegaAES agents are not 'cluster' enabled and should only be run on a single node.

PEGA-Eventprocessing ruleset is unrelated to AES.
Are you using Pega platform version 7.1.3 with AES 7.1? To my knowledge, there is no AES 7.1.3 release. We have AES 7.1, 7.1.7 and 7.2. Please refer to this PDN post - https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/difference-between-autonomic-event-services-aes-and-predictive-diagnostic-cloud-pdc
