Pulse Email Notification being sent twice (one with empty TO recipients, one vaild email)

Hello,

We recently upgraded to Pega version 8.2.1 and we now have a weird behavior in the Pulse Email channels/notification

When using Pulse: on like/mention or post: we receive two email notifications

  • One with an empty recipient list but with valid subject an email content
  • One that is valid (valid recipients, subject, email content,..)

How can we only send one valid email ?
