Disable Pulse Email notification
Hello,
We are using the OOTB feature of PULSE. However we do not wish to send email notification when user posts/replies/likes a post (even if the user is mentioned)
How to disable sending email notification in this case?

Hi Mariane,
In order to disable the notifications for all the operators in the system for pulse posts/replies/likes then you can follow the below approach:
- Open Rule-Notification class instances from Application explorer
- Open the list of notification rules that are related to Pulse post/reply/likes
- Save this rules into the respective same classes, but under your Enterprise Level Ruleset
- Choose Disable option from the Default preference drop down list in the Channels tab in the notification rules.
This way the notifications for Pulse posts/replies/likes will be disabled at the Enterprise level structure for all the users in the system. Hope that helps you to achieve your requirement.

You can go through the Pega Help documentation which explains about the notification preferences at general and case level setting over here. In your case need to choose Disable option from the list of preferences. Hope that helps you.

Thanks for your reply. I need to apply it to all users of the system and unfortunately I don't have access to the list of preferences.
Is there a way to disable the pulse email notifications from Designer Studio by editing rules ?
