How to disable case mention in Pulse message ?
Hi,
As you may already know, a case can be mentioned in a Pulse message. Thus, one can mention a case and open that case via the link in the Pulse message. I need to restrict this behavior for security reasons. So, is there any way to disable only the case mention?

Found it !
pyDisplayCaseReferences when rule was "true=true". Changed it to "true=false" and now case instances do not appear after typing @ + prefix of the case.

Hi, do you mean creating a field value for Work- pyID ?
Also, do you know how can I find the JS file that is being used for typing in pulse message area?
