Bulk update of Pulse messages for cases
Hi,
We have a requirement of update of posted messages and tags of Pega Pulse for bulk cases.
Is there a OOTB feature to update these? If no, any customization needs to be done? Since it is Pega framework/Feature, how this can be implemented?

Hello,
As per the Platform design Edit feature is not available to the Pulse notifications. Not sure about the exact reason behind it, but i felt either one can be confusing because notifications will go out with the original content and anyone looking at the notification will be confused when the post is different or gone. Hope that helps you.

Hi,
Just an added question to my earlier question.
Is it possible to update an existing Pega pulse messages posted and tags for a given case/cases? Because I don't see an option in the Pega Pulse toggle icon and also don't see any OOTB activity.
I could see only OOTB activities like "pyAddPost" and "pyDeletePost" but not any update post activity. Your response is much appreciated.
