Offer SMS sent twice
Hi,
I have a simple strategy with just one offer import, an offer flow which updates the status and then sends an SMS and goes to a wait shape.When i am running a campaign with this strategy and offer flow for just a single customer in a segment, the offer SMS is sent twice to the customer. It shows offers initiated as 2.The batch execution report shows 2 entries for the same time and both waiting at the wait shape.
Can anyone suggest what could be the reason(s)?

Can you attach your steps of reproduction? It would save us time trying to verify here locally. BTW, what SMS provider are you using?

Hi,
Steps:
1) Create one simple strategy with one offer import
2) Create one offer flow with one send SMS shape and after that, one wait shape
3) Create one segment with just one customer
4) Create a campaign with these artefacts and run it
Note: We had ProcessProgramRun and SendSMSInBulk agents running on only one node and pyChannel was set as SMS and pyDirection as Outbound in the strategy.
I didn't get by service provider, what exactly you want to know. Can you please explain a bit?

I would highly suspect your strategy is outputting 2 offers (based on your configuration) - see how many paths the strategy is generating offer / SR results for the configured public component in your campaign. If you can, please post the screen shot of your strategy.
