About Multi Channel Campaign
Hi.
Now I want to select strategy which applies to Customer Class when I configure Multi Channel Campaign.
As I'm on configuring a Multi Channel Campaign,strategy which applies to Customer Class isn't displayed.
I can choose only strategy which applies to Data-Decision-Request-Customer.
Why a strategy which applies to Custoemer Class isn't displayed,as I'm on configuring a Multi Channel Campaign.

Which version of Pega Marketing are you using and has it been upgraded from an earlier version?
If it is a recent version then strategies are created in the Data-Decision-Request-Customer class and you set the Initial decision context context using an embedded strategy.

At First My Pega Marketing Version is 8.2 and I havn't been to upgrade.
I see that it's in new version, strategy is created in Data-Decision-Request-Customer and need to configure initial decision context.
However in this case, I can't use property which applies to Customer class??
Actually, I can't use property which applies to Customer class while configuring strategy.
What setting I can use property which applies to Customer class while configuring strategy??

In addition, I know in Exercise system in Pega Academy,Strategy is created in Customer class(PegaMKT-Data-Customer).
This version is 8.
Maybe I think version 8 is recent version.
However in exercise system, strategy is created in Customer class in spite of recent version.
Why in exercise system,is strategy created in Customer class??

As of today (29-Oct-19), the exercise system used in Pega Marketing and Customer Decision Hub courses in Pega Academy use a setting that allows you to create strategies in customer class. This is known as "Legacy mode" and is typically used in upgraded systems.
