Why no accounting when dispute accepted as acquire liable in the arbitration phase

Hi Team

When is a dispute accepted as acquire liable in the arbitration phase no accounting is happening in pega smart dispute 8.8.5?

Analysed the flow RULE-OBJ-FLOW PEGACARD-SD-DISPUTE-VISA- ASSOCREJACCTNGACQ.When Appeal is not given and if it is an allocation flow no accounting is happening

Could you please explain why accounting is not happening? If it is an issue, could you provide a fix or suggest any flow changes?
