The Documentation of Smart Dispute Acquirers is available at

We do not have any specific document named User Guide but we have the installation and implementation guide. The application is intended more towards back office dispute SME's and as the usage details change with implementation there is no particular user guide.
However if you are an existing Smart Dispute customer, we have self enablement videos for clients published at https://my.pega.com/mypegaprd/PRAuth/SSO/MyPega/DOC-1620. Please reach out to your account team if you are unable to access the enablement videos.
