Smart Dispute Acquirer and Issuer Integration

Hi,

In Smart Dispute, Can Issuer and Acquirer be interlinked? If yes then what is the integration Point.

Could you please provide a link or docs with info regarding the same?

Hi Soumik

If you are looking for integration where the same case goes from issuer to acquirer seamlessly in Smart Dispute OOTB, then answer is 'no', we don't have that functionality yet. However, if your question is more around whether you can have a single SD instance that can host both Issuers and Acquirers applications, then, yes, it is possible. You may refer to the Acquirers Install guide (https://docs-previous.pega.com/smart-dispute-acquirers-721-installation-guide) and refer to page#16 where it says

"Configuring access to association/scheme application rules (for Unified Application)"
