Smart Dispute issuer

Hi All,

Does Smart Dispute issuer framework has any bulk action functionality. If SD users have to perform same actions on the multiple disputes which belongs to single claim is there any bulk actions available in smart Dispute.

Hi Viswa,

Smart Dispute Issuer application has bulk process feature with some limitations.

Bulk action supports process potential duplicates, qualify dispute, provisional credit, supporting documents, dispute questionnaire(fraud), cardholder liable, writeoff etc.

Thank you for the reply.. Are you talking about the Agent Bulk processing ? Am looking on the user side. Are there any features in the  UI that the users can do bulk actions.

Yes, there is bulk action option on claim level. When you open a claim you will see check boxes in front of dispute task you can select check boxes for same tasks like Process potential duplicate/ Qualify Dispute/ Dispute questionnaire  then go in other action there you will need to select task to perform. It will open the respective UI and then after filling details just submit it.
