Revalidate and save and a cycle will not solve the problem...won't find the problem.  Everywhere that these data transforms are referenced, they are referenced dynamically.  So, they do a page new using Param.SomeParamName, or they directly apply the Param.SomeParamName data transform.  The problem is either that the framework has hard coded a class into an activity or transform call, and that a rule later down the line is then running under a different context than it should be, or that the IssuerDetails top level page is being improperly instantiated or referenced before it is properly created.  The rules exist in the PefaCard-Party-Bank class, and the framework should never be trying to run the rules under the PegaCard-Work-Claim class.  Also, the issue is very random...99.9999% of the time everything runs correctly.  I’ve never been able to reproduce the problem myself, and have only seen the after effect...errors in the logs and broken process assignments.
