Hi Susan, I have read the documentation, and fully understand how the simulated VCR Acquirer Framework works.  Unfortunately, the documentation provides no guidance for dealing with the types of issues that I am running in to.  I would really like to talk to a client that has actually implemented this framework, or who is currently in the process of implementing it.  I understand that Pega is not able to disclose who those clients may be, so I am hoping that one of them will see this post, and will reply back to me.
