Smart Dispute For Insurers - Dispute Validations
Hi there,
I am trying to find out how are Smart Dispute Validations executed. I know the exact point in the process where they are executed and corresponding When Rules validated with their statuses set but even when I enable all options in the Tracer I cannot see how this activity is carried out. I would say they are done via a background process which is why Tracer is showing nothing. I am attaching screenshots hoping it will help.

Hello,
Dispute validations gets executed only post the submission of dispute questionnaire.
The activity “EvaluateDisputeValidations” gets triggered from the “DisputeCreationflow” to validate the corresponding when rules.
The screenshots shared contains dispute waiting at “Qualify fraud” assignment and at this stage it is expected the validations page list to be empty.

I found the activity, I am aware of it but I could not have traced it no matter what but I found out what was wrong so it is all working fine now.
