Externalizing Smart Dispute Questionnaire

Client has successfully implemented Smart Dispute version 721 recently.

As part of next phase, client wants to externalize Dispute Questionnaire so that other applications can use them to build their UI. And eventually create dispute cases in PEGA SMART DISPUTE application.

Is there any "process-map" doc available for questionnaire?

OR, Is there any table available for Questionnaire?

Please suggest your expert advise.

We do have a dispute questionnaire mapping sheet available with all the property references for each question.

Thanks for the data dictionary provided.

Can you please suggest the best way to externalize the questionnaire, so that calling applications can create cases in Smart Dispute app.
