Why Service REST methods are different for Dispute details Service(GET) & get disputes history Service(POST).

The "get disputes history" Service relies on extremely sensitive information - AccountNumber and CardNumber to retrieve the history. Having these inside the request payload of the POST method offer better security. Hence this service was implemented using the POST method.
On the other hand, the "get dispute details" requires the ClaimID and DisputeID, which are technical fields are not sensitive PII.
