Error when create new case type: "Update record failed: Improper usage of the choose best ruleset api."
Hello,
I try to create new case type in a new ruleset on my application, but display this error :
"Update record failed: Improper usage of the choose best ruleset api. User specified a ruleset on the page for a record which either exists in a branch or their personal ruleset."
Tracing the first error is:
"Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Rule-Obj-Class", pyClassName = "UG-CRM-Work-Regolamento35"
Could you help me? How could I resolve this error? Thank you

Anoop's explanation is likely the solution.
To resolve this issue, ensure that you have an unlocked ruleset version when creating the case type. You can lock or delete it once done. Also, verify that the class mentioned corresponds to the application level SR class and the Ruleset for the class is unlocked. If the issue persists, it might be a product bug in Pega
